ABOUT US:

Red Leaf is a digital architectural visualization company creating market-leading CGi content for marketing real estate. As we continue to expand our digital presence and engage with our audience on various platforms, we are seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating digital marketing materials, compelling marketing pitch decks, and engaging short-form video content for our client projects and social media platforms, primarily focusing on LinkedIn. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring our brand vision to life and drive engagement with our target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing visually stunning graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, infographics, and banners.

• Crafting impactful marketing pitch decks that effectively communicate our brand story, products, and services.

• Maintaining and updating the company website through Wix Studio.

• Editing video content for client projects. Storyboarding and cutting together footage to convey a desired narrative, sometimes including the creation of captions, lower third graphics, and music and/or voiceovers. Receiving and incorporating multiple rounds of client feedback.

• Editing and producing short-form video content for social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for content creation.

• Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and design aesthetics across all digital platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and versatility.

Software:

• Adobe Creative Suite
  (Required: Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Camera Raw.)
  (Nice to know: Bridge, After Effects)

• Must edit video in Premiere Pro.

• Wix Studio Editor. Basic coding knowledge is a plus, but not required.

• Familiar with professional posting conventions for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

 

Skillsets:

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Organized; keep track of tasks, files, and feedback across Miro, Monday, and our internal file management system. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and take feedback constructively.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
