We are thrilled to share that Red Leaf partnered closely with Witkoff and Nancy Packes Inc. to produce Visual Twin Virtual Tours for every unit type at The Brook. Our custom-staged virtual tours are now live and ready to drive real impact—boosting conversions on StreetEasy and supercharging website engagement.
Located at 567 Fulton Street, The Brook BK is an eye-catching new 51-story tower rising 601 feet above Downtown Brooklyn. The tower was designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by Witkoff Group and Apollo Global Management; it is a brand new luxury lease-up featuring 591 residential units—approximately 30% of which are affordable—along with 68,693 square feet of retail, a cellar level, and two full floors of lifestyle, recreation, and sports amenities.
